In addition, the firm has a long history of serving distinguished private investors such as Ambassador Mark Erwin in Charlotte.

Cheshire Place – Charlotte, NC
Eastfield Village – Huntersville, NC
Grandview Plaza – Pfafftown, NC
Terraces at Park Place – Pineville, NC

Cary Uretz, Senior Vice President-Investments of MAB American Property REIT, Inc., continues to acquire Grocery Anchored Retail Centers throughout the Southeast Region.

The addition of these 335,520 square feet to the Bell Moore Group's portfolio brings the total square footage being served to over 1,734,186.
