Principals, Rianne Bell and Lynn Moore have combined experience that includes well over 3,000,000 square feet of retail, 1,141,000 square feet of industrial, 152,000 square feet of garden office and over 1,450 multi-family units.

RIANNE BELL - President and Broker in Charge

Rianne has over 40 years in the commercial real estate industry focusing on property management and leasing. Her experience ranges from retail, industrial to multi-family. Over the past 19 years as President of the Bell Moore Group Inc, Rianne has directed over 3 million square feet of retail, 1.2 million square feet of industrial and 1,500 multi-family units. As a Certified Propety Manager serving on the Board of the Institute of Real Estate Managements, she has experience with new construction lease-ups, renovations of retail centers and creating marketing plans to increase an assets value. She is a licensed broker in North and South Carolina, along with being a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Charlotte Commercial Board of Realtors. Rianne has received the Million Dollar Award through the Commercial Board for her lease transactions. Rianne continues to maintain strong relationships with many grocery retailers such as Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Lowes Foods, Whole Foods and Bi-Lo. Her clients range from REITS and Pension Funds to developers and private investment groups.

LYNN MOORE - Vice President

Lynn is a Certified Property Manager and licensed broker in North and South Carolina. She has 40 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. Lynn is experienced in every aspect of retail leasing, management and representing both the buyer and seller of properties. Her expertise is small to medium sized neighborhood centers both grocery anchored and specialty retail. She has overseen major renovations and retrofits and has worked re-tenanting distressed centers. Lynn's current portfolio consists of seven centers totaling 398,425 sq. ft., including a former grocery anchored center for the Paul Mitchell Trust headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii and three grocery anchored centers for a former United States Ambassador.

JANE SHEPHERD - Leasing Director

Jane handles leasing and brokerage and is licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina. She joined the group in 1999 and has 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. Jane's experience includes every aspect of retail real estate. As Vice President of real estate for a local developer she handled the acquisition, renovation and leasing of ten shopping centers. Her experience included retail land sales, out-parcel sales, along with leasing and tenant representation. She has worked with asset managers for banks and pension funds and is currently representing a regional shopping center owned by one of the largest pension funds in the United States.


With over 35 years of accounting experience, Julie fulfills a mutlitude of requirements to help maintain the stellar service that the Bell Moore Group offers. Julie's understanding of real estate operation provides great insight into reporting and analysis. Her expertise in many other areas create a multifacted edge to the performance of our company.

KORI WING - Certified Property Manager

Kori is a Certified Property Manager and is licensed in North and South Carolina. She is a member of Institute of Real Estate Management and International Council of Shopping Centers. Kori has extensive experience working as a retail tenant rep broker. This experience with tenant representation has helped provide invaluable insight into leasing and property management for clients of Bell Moore Group. Kori has worked on an array of projects including lease up of new shopping centers, small shop leasing, outparcel leasing and sales as well as site selection and acquisition. Whether it is on the tenant or landlord side, Kori enjoys helping retailers find and secure the right real estate to help their business succeed while professionally and effectively managing the real estate asset on behalf of the landlord.

SUSAN CONNELLY - Property Administrator

Susan is an experienced project manager, office administrator, and trainer. Driven by excellent customer service she takes pride in providing the best property management possible. As a Property Administrator, her goals include efficiency with tenant and landlord happiness. In addition to her primary job functions, Susan is licensed in North Carolina and is committed to expanding her knowledge and experience within the industry.

SHELBY DUNNY - Accounts Payable / Office Administrator

Shelby has over 25 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry. She efficiently serves our clients with her experience in various purchasing and accounting functions learned throught the years. Shelby holds an Associates Degree in Accounting and is currently working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management.

MAB American Property REIT, Inc. engaged The Bell Moore Group to handle their American Portfolio of properties.

Bell Moore Group has assisted clients in the lease negotiation and extension with several grocery anchors.
